You can delete your Loyable account and personal data at any time. Here's how it works, what's removed, and how to ask us if you no longer have the app.
Open Loyable, go to Profile, tap Delete account, and confirm. Your account is closed straight away and your personal data is removed.
Your profile (name and phone number), the loyalty cards you've added, your stamp, point and reward progress, your wallet passes, your notifications, and your device's push tokens.
Your phone number is removed immediately and released for future re-registration. We retain only a minimal internal identifier and SMS verification logs for a limited period, where security or the law requires it. We never sell your data.
Email us from the phone number on your account — or include that number in your message — and we'll delete your account and associated data for you. We action requests within 30 days.
