These terms govern your use of the Loyable apps and platform. By using Loyable, you agree to them.
Loyable provides a digital loyalty platform: a customer app for collecting and redeeming loyalty cards, and a POS app for merchants to issue stamps, points and rewards. Features may change as the service evolves.
Customer accounts are tied to a verified phone number. You are responsible for keeping access to your number secure and for activity under your account.
Don't misuse the service: no fraud, no attempts to manipulate stamps or rewards, no interference with the platform, and no use that breaks applicable law.
Loyalty programmes, rewards and their terms are defined and fulfilled by the participating merchant, not by Loyable. We are not responsible for a merchant's rewards, prices or availability.
Merchants are responsible for the accuracy of their programmes, for honouring the rewards they advertise, and for complying with consumer-protection and data-protection law for their customers.
The Loyable name, wordmark and software are owned by Loyable AG. Merchant logos and content remain the property of their owners.
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Loyable is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the acts of participating merchants.
We may update these terms and will note the date above. You can stop using Loyable at any time; if we end your access, you keep the right to export your data.
These terms are governed by Swiss law. The courts of Lugano, Switzerland have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
