Do my customers need to download an app?
No. On day one, customers earn stamps with a single QR scan at your till — no signup required. The Loyable app is for customers who want to track their cards across multiple shops; they can install it any time and sync their existing progress.
What happens to the physical cards we already use?
We ship Loyable-branded anonymous cards as a starter kit, but if you have an existing card design we can print yours instead. Both keep working forever — customers can use the physical card and the digital wallet side by side.
How is customer data handled?
All data is stored in Switzerland, GDPR-compliant, encrypted at rest. Anonymous cards have no personal data attached until the customer chooses to register. You only ever see aggregated KPIs in the merchant dashboard.
Can I run more than one program?
Yes. Stamp cards, points-per-CHF, prepaid, tiered memberships, and gift cards can run side by side. Each program has its own card design, reward rules, and customer list.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Monthly plans, cancel any time. If you switch off Loyable, customers keep their digital cards and we export your CSV.
