Sacco AI Consulting ("Loyable", "we") operates a digital loyalty platform for Swiss merchants and their customers. This policy explains what personal data we process, why, and the rights you have. We don't show ads and we don't sell your data.
Account data (your phone number and, optionally, your name); loyalty data (the cards you hold and your stamp, point or reward progress); device and usage data (app version, device type, anonymised in-app usage events); location data, only with your consent — your approximate coordinates are sent to our servers solely to find nearby shops and are not stored or linked to your account; camera and photo-library access, used only on your device to scan a barcode or import a card from a screenshot, with the images processed locally and never uploaded; and merchant data for POS users (shop details and aggregated programme statistics).
To provide and maintain the loyalty platform; to authenticate you via SMS verification; to track loyalty progress and rewards; to send push notifications about your rewards and promotions, with your consent; to give merchants anonymised, aggregated analytics about visit patterns; to improve our services through analytics — on this website we use Google Analytics, which loads only if you accept analytics cookies (you can decline, and we show no ads); and to comply with legal obligations.
We process data to perform our contract with you, on the basis of your consent (for notifications and location), for our legitimate interests in operating and improving the service, and to comply with the law — under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP/DSG) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We share data only with trusted service providers — our SMS verification provider, Apple (Apple Push Notification service) and Google (Firebase Cloud Messaging) to deliver push notifications, Google (Google Analytics) to measure website usage when you consent, and our Swiss hosting provider — all contractually bound to protect it. Anonymous cards carry no personal data until you choose to register. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We keep personal data only as long as needed to provide the service or to meet legal obligations. SMS verification logs are retained for a limited period. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, and port your data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any right, contact support@loyable.com.
